Teen athletes will improve strength, speed, and agility in a safe and fun environment. During these sessions we will perform drills and movements to increase acceleration, power, body control, strength, flexibility, change of direction, speed, and balance. For ages 13 through 18. Up to 3 participants per group.
There is a 3 hour cancellation policy. In order to keep availability open for other clients, we request at least a 3 hour advanced notice of cancellation. If a client no shows or cancels, they may lose their deposit.
