Speed and Agility - Youth Small Group

Young athletes will improve strength, speed, and agility in a safe and fun environment. During these 60 minute sessions we will perform drills and movements to increase acceleration, power, body control, strength, flexibility, change of direction, speed, and balance. For ages 5 through 12
There is a 3 hour cancellation policy. In order to keep availability open for other clients, we request at least a 3 hour advanced notice of cancellation. If a client no shows or cancels, they may lose their deposit.
