Refund Policy

Edge Fitness is here to serve you well and we call it a win when we earn your satisfaction and gratitude!

For monthly membership purchases, if you are not satisfied with your sessions, you can cancel your membership at any time.

​

For individual sessions purchases, if you are not satisfied with your session, your money will be refunded upon request.  To help ensure the integrity of this policy, if you choose to return for another session, all previous sessions must be paid in full, despite any previous refunds. Future sessions will not be scheduled until all payments have been made.

There are no refunds on monthly membership payments, session packages, and/or gift cards.

​

All session packages and gift cards must be used within one year from purchase.

 

There is a 3 hour cancellation policy. In order to keep availability open for other clients, we request at least a 3 hour advanced notice of cancellation. If a client no shows or cancels, they may lose their deposit.

​

All sessions will start and stop at agreed scheduled times. Late arrivals will still be able to participate, however sessions will end at the scheduled time.
